Profiles - Nicola Robinson

In 2005 Nicola Robinson joined the Office of the Banking Services Ombudsman, now renamed the Office of the Financial Services Ombudsman (OFSO), having been seconded from the Central bank of Trinidad and Tobago.

Her career at the Central Bank exceeds twenty-five years. She has acquired a wealth of experience having worked in the Exchange Control Department, the Bank Inspection Department and the Domestic Market Operations Department.

Nicola presently holds the position of Assistant Resolution Officer. She maintains the OFSO database and receives complaints from members of the public against the commercial banks and insurance companies, some of which she deals with herself.
