Susan Morris has been involved in clerical and administrative duties for the past six (6) years. She has acquired her work experience from various organizations before entering the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago.

In January 2007 she joined the staff of the Office of the Financial Services Ombudsman (OFSO).

Susan currently provides clerical duties to the OFSO as well as receives complaints from members of the public against commercial banks and insurance companies.
