Mr. Paul possesses a Masters of Business Administration (Distinction) from the Heriot-Watt University (UK), a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Studies from the University of The West Indies and is also the holder of a Diploma in Banking and Finance from the Institute of Banking and Finance of Trinidad and Tobago. Additionally, he has a Certificate of Achievement in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Stitt Feld Handy Group / University of Windsor, Canada.
On October 24, 2011 Mr. Paul was assigned to the Office of the Financial Services Ombudsman. He brought to the Office a passion for excellence as well as sound knowledge of banking and financial services and procedures, having worked as a Banking Operations Officer for several years prior to joining the OFSO. Mr. Paul currently holds the position of Resolution Officer II at the OFSO.
