Ms. Suzanne Roach is the Financial Services Ombudsman, appointed May 01, 2010 following Ms. Ann Marie Narine, the outgoing Ombudsman. Suzanne is a Chartered Accountant with more than thirty-three years’ experience in the financial sector; twenty-three of which has been in the field of internal and external auditing.

About the OFSO
The main objective of the Office is to provide fair, sound assistance to customers who are not satisfied with their financial services provider and to mediate on behalf of those who have a complaint with their institution.
